Which transport company will take care of my order?

For all our domestic and international deliveries, Boston Group chose to exclusively use the fast and reliable services of TNT.

What are the shipping rates?

A certain number of key factors will determine the calculation of your transport costs: the delivery place, the weight and the size of your parcels. This means that the transport costs may vary from one order to the other.  

You will find out about the exact shipping rate during the checkout process, right before you proceed to the payment.

When will my order be dispatched?

Unless unforeseen circumstances, Boston Group usually follows below schedule to dispatch your order:
  • If your order is placed on a business day (excluding holidays) before 10:30 a.m. (CET), it will be shipped the same day.
  • If your order is placed after 10:30 a.m. (CET), it will be shipped the following business day (excluding holidays).
  • If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped by the following Monday.

How do I track my order?

Get real-time and detailed progress of all your shipments by following the below steps:

1- Go to the TNT Track & Trace system: https://www.tnt.com/express/en_gb/site/shipping-tools/tracking.html 
2- Tick the box "Customer reference"
3- Enter in the field "Customer reference" the order confirmation number (VORXXXXX)
4- Click on the button "Search"

You can also follow your order on the "My account/My orders" page, looking at the order status:

- Pending: The picking and packing of your order is in progress.
- Complete: Your package(s) has/have been handed to our shipping carrier who is striving to deliver you as soon as possible. Your packing list is now available in "My account/My shipments".

My order has been partially delivered. What should I do?

All your parcels will be dispatched together from our warehouse located in Rotterdam. 

However, it is not excluded that our shipping carrier needs to ungroup and/or outsource the delivery of your parcels owing to non-standard packaging dimensions for example. In this case, the transit time might be extended by 1 or 2 days.

If 2 days after the 1st partial delivery, you are still waiting for the rest of your order, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team for further investigation.
