How do I create an account?

Creating an account is quick and easy:

1- Click the "Register" button in the menu bar
2- Fill in your details in all required fields and click on the button "Submit"
3- You will shortly receive a welcome e-mail

I already have an account. How do I log in ?

You are just a few clicks away from accessing your Boston account:

1- Click the "Login" button at the top right
2- Enter your e-mail address and password in the respective fields
3- Click on the "Login" button

How can I change my password and personal data?

Things evolve and we want to give you as much flexibility as possible!

To change your personal details...

1- Log into your Boston account

2- Click on "My account" at the top right of your screen

3- In your profile section, make sure to choose "View my company details" on the left column of the page

4- Edit the fields containing the information you need to change
5- Click on "Save"

To change your password...

1- Log into your Boston account

2- Click on "My account" at the top right of your screen

3- In your profile section, make sure to choose "My account dashboard" on the left column of the page

4- You will see two subcategories. One of them is called "Account Management" and that the one you need!

5- Click on the red link "Change password"

6- Follow the procedure and click on "Submit"
7- You will shortly receive an e-mail confirming the change in your password

I forgot my password. How can I recover it?

If you have forgotten or lost your password...

1- Click the "Login" button at the top right

2- Click the "Forgot password" link in the section "I'm already a customer"

3- Enter the e-mail address associated with your account, then click "Submit"

You will soon receive an e-mail that will assist you to reset your password.

If you haven't received your reset e-mail...

Don't forget to check the spam folder of your inbox in case the e-mail has been filtered out of your main feed.

How does the wish list work?

You spotted an article you are interested in? But your are not ready yet to jump in?

You can always create a product wish list by clicking on the link "Add to wish list" that is available on every product page or in the basket. Watch out: to do so, you need to be logged in first.

By your next connection, you can easily find back your wish list with all your chosen products by clicking on the "My wish list" button at the top right, after making sure your are signed in. What a time-saving functionality!

Be aware that putting an item on your wish list does not reserve it.

How to subscribe to/unsubscribe from Boston's update e-mails?

To subscribe...

You have the choice!

Either you go to the "Stay Up To Date!" section in the footer of the Home page or click on the "Subscribe" link in "My Account/Account Dashboard/Account Management" page.

To unsubscribe...

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, all you have to do is to click on the "Unsubscribe" link in "My Account/Account Dashboard/Account Management" page. You can also click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every update e-mail you will receive.
